Please evaluate the framework I've used when developing team members within my restaurants. My philosophy has always been that in order to build a massive company, your staff development should encompass three critical components:

1. They watch it

2. They do it

3. They teach it

What is the psychology principles behind why this has work so well for our organizations? Please evaluate the framework and give me your opinion on why it has worked and how it can be improved further.

This framework is based on the psychological principles of modeling and repetition. By watching others do something, then doing it themselves, and then teaching others, team members gain a deeper understanding of the task and develop the necessary skills to become proficient in it. The idea is that by repeating the process, they gain a better understanding of the task, increase their confidence, and are able to pass on their knowledge to others. In my opinion, this is an effective framework. It encourages team members to learn by doing and reinforces their learning through repetition. Additionally, it provides a sense of purpose and accomplishment by allowing team members to teach others what they have learned. However, it is important to ensure that team members are getting the necessary support and feedback throughout the process, as well as providing them with opportunities to practice and refine their skills. Additionally, it is important to ensure that team members are being rewarded and recognized for their efforts, as this will help to motivate them to continue to develop their skills.
